A functional safety cover that combines aesthetics and safety!
The safety cover surrounding the manufacturing line is deteriorating, and we would like to update it. Due to multiple modifications made in the past to accommodate changes in the line, there is a lack of overall cohesion, and the appearance is poor. Some of the resin panels are also showing signs of damage. Issues: 1. Instead of enclosing the entire manufacturing line broadly, we want to cover it compactly in accordance with the equipment's contours. 2. Using commercially available aluminum frames for customers to design and fabricate the cover themselves is very labor-intensive. 3. The existing product uses resin panels, which are prone to cracking and pose a risk of foreign object contamination, so we would like to use expanded metal, which has proven effective in other locations, as the material for the panels.
